The Warren Centre for Actuarial Studies and Research in the Asper School of Business is accepting applications for a tenure-track Assistant or Associate Professor in Actuarial Studies.  The appointment begins July 1, 2012.  The deadline for applications is November 15, 2011.  Please see the attached document for additional information.



ARIA 2011 Annual Meeting Papers


Some of the 2011 Annual Meeting papers are now available on ARIA website.  If you were an annual meeting presenter and have not submitted your paper for posting, please email your paper to aria@TheInstitutes.org

 As a service to its members, ARIA provides this webpage to serve as a clearinghouse for job and career opportunities at academic, research, and professional institutions around the world geared toward individuals holding a Ph.D. related to risk management, insurance, actuarial science, and economics/finance.


If your college/university has a position posted on the ARIA website, please let us know if the position has been filled and it will be removed.  Please send an email to the ARIA Executive Office at aria@TheInstitutes.org


Guidelines for posting job announcements on the ARIA website are:


Ø  All job postings must be submitted in Adobe Acrobat (PDF) format or Microsoft Word.

Ø  Please send your file or link via email to Ping Wang at wangp1@stjohns.edu  for posting.  Files not prepared in either format will be returned with a request to create a new file with the correct format.

Ø  Jobs without a substantial academic or research component will not be posted.  If you unsure about the category, please email Ping Wang or the executive office for further consideration.
