INVITATION FOR ARTICLES

Institutional Investor, Inc. invites you to join our expanding team of leading industry practitioners and research professionals who contribute articles to our journals.

THE JOURNAL OF RISK FINANCE: The Convergence of Financial Products and Insurance (JRF) focuses on risk finance, both as an emergent risk management paradigm and a systematic framework in which insurance and capital markets approaches to risk converge. The Journal offers practical research and strategies on the pricing, allocation and distribution of risk for managers of financial institutions and corporations. JRF’s mission is to link end-users of financial products and insurance with the suppliers who provide structured risk solutions in this marketplace. Articles are welcome in the four broad areas of securitization, derivatives and structured products, insurance and capital structure/credit arbitrage, as well as the role of modeling for risk intermediation and alternative risk transfer within a financial institutions setting or in a capital budgeting and corporate finance context.

The Editor-in-Chief, David Mordecai, Vice President of Financial Engineering at AIG Structured Finance Division and the Managing Editor, Samantha Kappagoda, Economist at Caxton Corporation will consider articles addressing practical issues in the application of contingent claims analysis, financial and insurance products to optimally manage capital structure, financing costs, and investment decisions, as well as financial, operating, and business risk. Please submit two copies of double-spaced manuscripts with authors' complete contact information directly to:
